Account

To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of the homepage. Fill out the registration form with your name, email address, and password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Once verified, you can log in and start setting up your profile.

If you've forgotten your password, click on the "Log In" button and then select "Forgot Password" below the login form. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

To update your profile, log in to your account and click on your profile picture in the top right corner. Select "My Profile" from the dropdown menu, then click the "Edit Profile" button. Here you can update your personal information, bio, profile picture, and social media links. Don't forget to click "Save Changes" when you're done.

Submissions

To submit your story, log in to your account and navigate to the "Submit Work" page from the main menu. Fill out the submission form with your story's title, category, and content. You can either type directly into the editor or upload a document file. Add a brief excerpt and any relevant tags, then review our submission guidelines and terms before clicking "Submit Work".

We accept submissions in the following formats: DOC, DOCX, PDF, TXT, and RTF. The maximum file size is 10MB. If your file exceeds this limit, consider breaking it into smaller parts or using our built-in text editor instead.

Our editorial team typically reviews submissions within 2-3 weeks. During busy periods or for longer works, it may take up to 4 weeks. You can check the status of your submission in your dashboard under "My Submissions". You'll receive an email notification when your submission has been reviewed, whether it's accepted for publication or not.

Membership

We offer three membership tiers:

Free: Basic access to read stories, participate in forums, and submit up to 3 works per month.
Premium ($9.99/month): Unlimited submissions, priority review, access to writing workshops, and ad-free browsing.
Pro ($19.99/month): All Premium benefits plus professional feedback on submissions, entry to exclusive competitions, and one-on-one mentoring sessions.

To upgrade your membership, log in to your account and go to "My Account" > "Membership". Click on "Upgrade" and select the membership tier you'd like to upgrade to. Follow the prompts to enter your payment information and complete the upgrade process. Your new membership benefits will be available immediately after successful payment.

Yes, you can cancel your paid membership at any time. Go to "My Account" > "Membership" > "Manage Subscription" and click on "Cancel Subscription". Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will revert to the free tier. There are no refunds for partial months.

Yes, we have mobile apps available for both iOS and Android devices. You can download them from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching for "Zunix Writers Village". The mobile app allows you to read stories, receive notifications, and even write and submit content on the go.

If you encounter a technical issue, please go to the "Help Center" and click on "Report an Issue". Fill out the form with as much detail as possible, including what you were doing when the issue occurred, what device and browser you were using, and any error messages you received. Screenshots are helpful if available. Our technical team will investigate and respond to your report as soon as possible.
